           Please see an attach file, Today i came back from Lahore and organized the protest on abduction of Hindu girls cases in Pakistan. Recently a minor Hindu girl was raped and then forcefully convert into Islam in Punjab according to local district coordinator of Hare Rama Foundation (HRF). So i and Scheduled Caste Rights Movement (SCRM) members organized a urgently protest on that particular abduction case. During our protest we forward our key demands to members of National Assembly (Parliament) and Provincial Assembly (Punjab) and including to local District Police officer and Regional Police Officer of Bahawalpur City in Pakistan.

             On the way of protest we did raised our voice loud against rapist ,We walked around 2Km. then even blocked the main road, there i burned my shirts after that few other peoples also started to burn there Shirts , Hanker Chief, Sweater and Jerseys etc

             The results of the protest led the RPO Officer say to us that they will reopen case of abduction of Miss.Kavita Devi (Hindu minor girl).The local administrator  promised us that they the will restore the victim girl in 5 days to her original Hindu family.

            After that we closed our protest rally and at the end we got good media coverage and some local Muslims backed us by praising SCRM protest rally and me.

NOTE : Mr.Gopinath Kumar condemn the force conversation incident of a minor Hindu girl in Pakistan and demands immediate release of Miss.Kavita Devi from her Muslims rapists back to her Hindu parents. The local police should interfere in the case and Human rights group should take notice on the matter. Graveyard purified for the Muslims by removing buried Hindu girl in Pakistan

RAWALPINDI : ‘Peace’ returned to Ratta Amral graveyard on Tuesday night after the body of a little Hindu girl buried there a year ago was exhumed by her family and reburied in the adjacent Christian graveyard.

Their act of assuaging ‘Muslim sensitivities’ took place in the dark of the night and under tight security.

“When we buried our Summan Prem there on October 1, 2009, we mistakenly thought it was the Christian graveyard,” an uncle of the girl told Dawn, tears rolling down his cheeks in memory of his niece who would have been 10 this year.

“We did not want to cause any controversy, or annoy anyone. If the (graveyard management) committee does not want us Hindus to bury their dead here, we won’t,” he said.

Summan’s father, Prem Kishan, was spared the pain of shifting his daughter’s remains from, so to say, Muslim to Christian grounds, as he was away in Sukkur on the day for the funeral of his nephew.

Her family, living on The Mall, Saddar, is Balmeki Hindu, some of whom bury their dead instead of cremating.

Summan’s Hindu ancestry became known only after the family put a tombstone on her grave, bearing her name and Hindu Mantras.

Tongues started wagging at this ‘sacrilege’ and agitated Muslim clerics and visitors to the Ratta Amral graveyard raised ‘the issue’ with the graveyard’s managing committee.

They accused the management of negligence and threatened to stop burying their dead in the graveyard unless it was ‘purified’ by removing the non-Muslim’s body.

Alarmed by the anger that the dead Summan was causing, the management committee requested her family to move her out of the Muslim graveyard — which it did.

“We were not aware of the Hindu burial. Clerics and people of the area brought it to our notice and their reaction made us request the family to remove it to the adjacent Christian graveyard,” said Ratta Amral Graveyard Management Committee chairman Mohammad Mohsin Mir.

There are many graves of lower caste Hindus in the Christian graveyard which had been separated from the Muslim cemetery, he said.

“It was a mistake for the grave digger to assume that Summan was a Muslim. Otherwise the management committee is well aware that non-Muslims could not be buried in our graveyard,” said Mr Mir. His fear of the angry Muslim sentiments was understandable.

Hafiz Iqbal Rizvi, Rawalpindi District Khateeb, holds that Shariat does not allow burying non-Muslims in Muslim graveyards.

Chairman of the District Peace Committee Maulana Izhar Hussain Shah Bukhari blamed the burial of the non-Muslim girl in Ratta Amral graveyard on the management committee and the grave digger who did not register the names of the dead brought to the graveyard.

Pakistan Minorities Minister pledges recovery of 3/2-year-old kidnapped Hindu girl

Islamabad : Pakistan's Minister for Minorities, Shahbaz Bhatti, has taken notice of abduction of a minor girl belonging to the Hindu community, and pledged to get her released at the earliest.

In a statement, the minister directed the authorities concerned to ensure the safe release of the Hindu girl, the Daily Times reported.

He stressed for conducting a special operation for the purpose as early as possible, and said that the kidnappers would be dealt with iron hands.

The three and a half year old girl, Aanchal, was kidnapped from outside a Hindu temple in Kashmore district of the Sindh province on Thursday.

Islamabad :  Unidentified armed men kidnapped a three-year-old Hindu girl in Pakistan's Sindh province, triggering a protest by members of the minority community who asked authorities to trace the child immediately.
      
Residents of Kashmore in Sindh organised a sit-in protest outside a police station yesterday to protest the kidnapping of the girl named Anchal from Hindu Mohalla on Wednesday night.

Anchal had reportedly gone to a temple with her eight-year-old sister Kashish and her mother on Wednesday.

When the sisters stepped out of the temple to buy some snacks, three armed men grabbed Anchal and fled.

The kidnapped girl's father, Ganesh Chand, who runs a cable TV network, told The Express Tribune newspaper that his daughters were eating snacks outside the temple when the armed men arrived on a motorcycle.

The men first tried to grab hold of a boy but he managed to escape, following which they grabbed Anchal and sped off.

Chand said one of the kidnappers, who was holding Anchal, fell off the motorcycle after travelling a distance of about 30 meters.

As people rushed towards him, his accomplices threatened to open fire, forcing them to back off.

Police have had no success in tracing the kidnappers so far.

Kashmore district police chief Syed Asad Raza Shah said the kidnappers had managed to cross over to neighbouring Balochistan province.

The Express Tribune reported that police were yet to register a case.

The Hindu Panchayat and Shahree Action Committee called for a strike yesterday to protest this lapse and all markets and shopping centres in Kashmore remained closed.

Hundreds of people, including Shahree Action Committee chief Qadir Nawaz Jakhrani and Chand, gathered outside the police station.

They shouted slogans against the police and demanded that the girl should be recovered immediately.

Jakhrani condemned the police for their failure to control crime, especially cases of kidnapping-for-ransom.

"Neither the police nor the elected representatives are taking any interest in working towards curbing crime... It feels like that they (police and elected representatives) want us to leave the district," he said.

Traders and other Hindus live with the stress of kidnappings, said Jakhrani, who criticised the parliamentarian and legislator who represent Kashmore.

The head of the Sukkur chapter of the Hindu Panchayat, Mukhi Eshwar Lal, expressed anxiety about the "lawlessness in Kashmore" and said that "the Hindus are being targeted particularly in this district, which is condemnable".

Earlier, Hindus were targeted in other districts like Ghotki, Jacobabad, Shikarpur and Sukkur though the situation improved after Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza issued directives to police to crack down on such crimes, said Eshwar Lal.

He said the situation continued to be bad in Kashmore district, where Hindu children are often kidnapped for ransom.

Eshwar Lal appealed to the President, Prime Minister and provincial Home Minister to take notice of the kidnappings and to post "dedicated police officers" in Kashmore to control the law and order situation.

13-Year-Old Hindu Girl Abducted in Pakistan and Forcibly Converted to Islam

Karachi, Pakistan  —In the town of Lyari in Pakistan, a 13-year-old Dalit girl, Poonam, has been abducted and forcibly converted to Islam.

According to Poonam’s uncle Bhanwroo she went missing last Wednesday and was not seen until neighbours spotted her at a Madrassa in the town and informed her parents.

When her parents went to the Madrassa to bring her back, they said that she seemed very scared and was under the influence of the imams there.  She reportedly stated that they would not let her go and that she was ready to live at the Madrassa as a Muslim.

When the family turned to police for help, they immediately refused and stated it was not a big enough case to be officially registered.

Poonam’s parents were told by the police that there was no point in lodging a complaint or report because as soon as the court proceedings would take place the report would become null and be cancelled.

Poonam’s parents are left hopeless and have no where or means to turn to by which they can get their beloved daughter back.  And their crime for such a punishment was nothing.
