CHENNAI, INDIA : The International Standards Organization, who defines the elements of an effective quality management system, has awarded the Kapaleeswaran Temple the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The 9001:2008 is a world class quality management system for companies/organizations that have an objective of improving their customer satisfaction.Other temples in India are also receiving ISO certification.
